Easy communication for viewings and feedback.  Availability via text was 24/7 which was my preference and our sale price was exactly what we wanted. The buyers ran into some finance issues and we were guided through the issue with expertise, to the satisfaction of all.  Wound up getting more $$ than the original sale price with the original buyers and was thrilled with the outcome.
