Highly priced vs. comparable in the area by 25%+ due to significant work done inside and outside. The team worked diligently to ensure we had active visits etc. and establish an offer. There was much negotiations which Steve handled very well. However, there were Some administrative issues that did arise and lack of communication and clarity, but this was directly tied to the assistant and they were resolved quickly, but an annoyance and at a cost to me. However in terms of Steve's professionalism and commitment to sell the property for the best possible price, he delivered on all counts and did so professionally within the commitment timeframe and price range we wanted to achieve.
