This realtor is suspect of acting as a 'gate-keeper' to seller's homes and not divulging all information and offers to the sellers so that they may make an informed decision on the sale of their own property. Realtors by law must pass on any information from the buyer to the seller so that the seller can ultimately make an informed decision. I suspect Steve Giroux does not do this and instead keeps offers from the seller which do not fulfill his own agenda i.e. commission, work, etc. - If you'r thinking of selling.... I'd recommend you avoid this agent and instead find a trustworthy realtor.
