I strongly believe that the reason why I actually acquired the specific condo that I did was because Tammy successfully negotiated and fought on my behalf, especially in this challenging housing market. The most impressive aspect of working with Tammy is that even after the purchase was complete, she checked in on me, assisted on several things to save me from the burden, and I know that I can always reach out to her long after my move is complete.
