With each one of them, Terry gave us his opinion and told us the pros and cons of each one of them. After seven offers, we got what we wanted. A buyer without any conditions and willing to make the right deposit with the best offer for us. Terry immediately told us that this one was probably the most convenient for us. We were so happy to get $130,000 more of what we were asking for. The transaction went smoothly without any issue with the buyer.
