APPRECIATION POST dedicated to the queen, Teuta Guci! Back in 2018 when we purchased our major fixer upper in the east end of Toronto, I began to see this woman’s face on SOLD signs EVERYWHERE. From Riverdale to Leslieville, the Beaches and the Danforth where our little house is located, I got to know this lady’s smile very well. I always said that I would only be willing to leave Toronto if we found the perfect home, in the perfect location at the right time in our lives and if we DID decide to make a move, @teutagucirealtor would be our agent. Fast forward to 5 years later, we found out we were going to be parents for the second time and guess what?? The perfect house in the perfect location, at the right time in our lives found us! We called up Teuta to meet her and get a feel for what we could sell our home for and what she had to say allowed us to move forward with a plan in hopefully getting that house we fell in love with! Through Teuta’s honesty, guidance, professionalism, dedication, experience, and intelligence, we sold our beloved fixer upper that we worked on for 5 years to make perfect and in doing so, managed to purchase the home that found us at the very right time in our lives. In a changing market thanks to the BOC, Teuta held strong and never let us lose sight of the goal. She steered us in the right direction and kept us brave and through it all, she has become a friend to our family and an agent we will always refer to our loved ones.
