Tony was the listing agent for a property we am buying. He hardly made time for us to show the place. I thought this was him being busy, As the process went on, he was late on getting documents to us, did not do any research when there were isues, made decisions for his clients without consulting them, plead innocent when things went wrong, and quickly showed himself to be a bully with my agent and the notary.
The only reason I voted with "1" is that "0" was not an option.
I guess this is proof that if you graduate last in your class, ypu can still practice real estate, what a sham !
