To all readers. I was helping my uncle to find a budget rental ( basement apartment ). We got in contact with Victor and he was very prompt to respond, which was great. He organized for us to see the basement apartment without him, as he had other appointments, that was great as well. However once we started a discussion about rate and shared laundry, things have changed. He made a very rude statement stating that he wished for a lot of nice things for not a lot of money, so we should not expect to get it as well. To clarify we asked for $150.00 off the rental with 6 months pre payment and asked for a shared laundry to be relocated if possible as it is located in the middle of the basement apartment, ( no privacy at all). Overall he has shown his true colors once he decided that we are not going to move forward with the deal. Very sad to see that he judged us this early. As a business owner for many years i would not suggest him to any of my friends and or clients.
