Ruth was just o.k. My daughter and her husband didn't get along with her, but we nice enough to her face. Just being honest.

good results. She only charged us 5% commission. We felt this was fair. Our home sold for $853,000. We listed it for $950,000 and Ruth sold it in 11 months. We asked her not to advertise, so she gave us a deal on the commission. I couldnt imagine paying 6%.

She charged us 7%. We thought it was good value. We ripped off a young newlywed couple expecting their first baby. Our home was hard to sell as it has Asbestos in the walls, but we didnt disclose it. She didnt even ask us about this, so we were very happy to find her. We didnt mind paying the extra commission.
