DO NOT HIRE SAM SINGH TO BUILD OR BUY ANYTHING! He is the biggest scammer! He builds houses that DO NOT pass code! Uneven walls, improper plumbing, and several safety concerns! We notified him immediately regarding the driveway and stones he AS THE BUILDER put into our new build as per CONTRACT. We notified him they were dangerous. We told him several times to get it fixed. He did absolutely NOTHING. Later, when we got some snow, I slipped on the overly angled steps, resulting in A FRACTURED JAW AND CHIN! WHEN SAM SINGH WHO OPERATES AS SANDHYAJI HOMES WAS NOTIFIED REGARDING THIS ISSUE, AND REQUESTED TO TALK TO US REGARDING A SETTLEMENT BEFORE WE GO TO LAWYERS FOR BUILDER'S NEGLIGENCE - HE TOLD US "HAVE A GOOD DAY". Not only is this builder now causing physical damage to the people he's building these crap houses, he's also a scammer! He charged 10 thousand to put in a fireplace. Ordered what HE WANTED insert and mantle. Refuses to get what we the buyers have paid him for! On top of that the insert is 36 inches, and the mantle he ordered is 25 inches. We had to assemble the mantle he ordered and dropped off to our door from WAYFAIR! He himself does not know the building codes. He does not know how to even order items the right measurements. Now we have an unfinished and improper installed fireplace missing the mantle. On top of this, he is expecting to provide us with building materials and asking my husband to build the box enclosing our fireplace OURSELVES. On top of this, we told him that the mantle he ordered is not the right size nor do we want this. He told us he will cut us a cheque for 1000 and then he's done dealing with us. Let me tell you about Sam Singh. He will but Amazon faucets that have excessive led in the faucets from China. He tries to cheap out absolutely everywhere. When consulted what he's done with 10 grand we paid for an upgrade he told us if we don't like it then sell and leave! What builder behaves like this?! He says he can charge whatever he wants and does not have to answer questions as to where is costs are. He refuses to refund once he gets his money! Our neighbours have their tankless water heater and electrical panel mounted on the same plyboard SIDE BY SIDE! WHEN CODE SAYS 3 FEET APART! There are water pipes running on the side of the electric panel. This builder has absolutely NO REGARD for the health and safety for his buyers, regardless if it is DEALING WITH CHILDREN in the unsafe fire hazard houses he's building! He rushes closing of houses because he just cares about $$$$ ! He will lie through his teeth and talk like he will do everything to fix deficiencies, but he himself has no idea what the building codes are! We are in the construction industry, and this man is beyond a fraudulent builder, realtor, and at this point is avoiding legal ramifications for BUILDER NEGLIGENCE CAUSING BODILY HARM. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY OR TRUST SAM SINGH! I WILL BE TAKING THIS HIGHER TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF ONTARIO. BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM SAM SINGH, SAM SINGH REALTY, OR SANDHIYAJI HOMES! HE IS THE BIGGEST CROOK/FRAUD! WHAT BUILDER SHOVES INSULATION ON UNCAPPED WASHER AND DRYER VENTS?! MY HUSBAND HAD TO EXPLAIN TO HIM WHERE OUR DRYER VENT WAS AND THAT IT WAS SHOVED FULL OF INSULATION!
