His work ethic is excellent with keeping the seller informed of what is happening, what to expect, advice of how to prepare the home for buyers and hiring an excellent and competent photographer. We were fortunate that the property sold very quickly, I place that success on Stephan for his diligence in keeping in touch with realtors and the listing information and photos. When an offer was accepted he kept me well informed of what to expect and do, came over to explain and help me fill out forms, advised me of different legal or notary agents and contacted the chosen agent for me to begin the process.
