We chose Tracey to sell our home, purely based on her real estate awards and great reviews from previous clients. She also had many years experience in the business and we thought that would be in our best interests. We made a great choice when we asked her to sell our home. The market over the past year has been very challenging, to say the least. Crazy high prices in the winter, with a shortage of homes for sale. Then into the summer the market was flooded with homes for sale, interest rates were rising monthly, housing prices were falling, and there were less buyers being approved for financing.
