I would stay away from Wes as a realtor. He was the selling realtor for a house we recently bought. He misrepresented the house in his ad and it cost me thousands. He included pictures of an item and commented about it in the listing. The item was bolted and wired to the house. After the negotiations had begun he decided that the item should not have been included in the listing. Because of his shady practices I got less with the house than I should have. My suggestion.
