My husband and I were impressed that our house was sold within 10 days after Mike and Zoe listed it despite hearing a slowing down in the Victoria market since June. Mike and Zoi were excellent in both selling our home and condo, then in purchasing our new home! They were very professional, courteous, yet down to earth and easy going. Earlier this year, my husband and I were ready to find a place in Victoria after several years of just being visitors and staying at our go to Bed and Breakfast spot in Rockland or at a hotel. We had no idea where to start to look and what to expect in terms of the types of properties available and which neighbourhood would suite us.
