If an honorary doctorate could be bestowed on a realtor, Amy would be entirely deserving! We have bought and sold many properties over the years, but never has a purchase been as complex and full of unexpected twists and turns as our most recent one near Blaine. Amy was tasked with researching water rights, natural gas well regulations, septic design, historical registries, contract law, forestry management, wetland mitigation, county permits, unique title exceptions, and the list goes on and on. Her communications were impeccable, her professionalism superb, and did I mention that she is just so NICE? At every turn, our deal could have spiraled, but Amy saved the day each and every time.
