Dan helped us find our new condo in Victoria. He was always very enthusiastic about taking us to see any new listings we thought might be a good fit. He arrived well prepared and gave us lots of pertinent information about each property. Dan has lived in different locations in Victoria and was able to provide valuable insight into the neighbourhoods of the various properties we viewed together. Once we found a unit to buy, Dan guided us through the entire process, from putting in the offer to getting the keys.
