I met Mohit by fluke when I was calling about a house I was interested in looking at and he answered the phone. Mohit was extremely professional and on point, however, these things are normally intimidating and feel like business Mohit made it fun and I not only gained a fantastic realtor but I gained a friend in the process. Half hour after calling Mohit he had all the information and numbers and a very realistic number of what I would sell for and what I could buy not only this but in that half hour time we were on our way to look at houses he showed me several houses right away that night and several more over the next two months he was kind professional friendly and so helpful Mohit is honest and sugar coats nothing he is to the point because he wants you to have a successful experience he does not want to set you up for false expectations and false hopes in past experiences I have felt pressured and made to feel stupid when I asked questions with extremely little communication with realtors Mohit always answered calls spent hours and hours on the phone and in person making sure I understand and always strived to ensure the process was fun easy and not stressful he never made me feel stupid for not understanding and always made sure I read through contracts thoroughly and that I understood them he went over numbers over and over again with me he went as far as to make me excel spreadsheet to make sure everything worked in my budget that I would always be ok even after I purchased my new home he never pressured me if anything I did the pressuring he wanted to make sure I would be happy with my purchase he is extremely knowledgeable in the field and even knows a lot of building and could answer any question I had he has gone above and way beyond the expectations of a realtor on every angle I would highly recommend Mohit and his knowledge kindness and skilled negotiating tactics to anyone looking to buy or sell a property he earned me more than $100,000.00 than what we thought we could get for my home and gained me a property I never in a million years dreamed I would own.
