Having sold a condo and purchased a house this summer through Eric Smith, my partner and I got to spend lots of time in meetings, emailing and on the phone with Eric. Between calling the city to track down specific bilaws, always giving us his full attention no matter how busy he was, and answering my countless emails until late in the evening, Eric was consistently courteous, patient and an absolute pleasure to work with. I can honestly say that the realty portion of our sale and purchase was the least stressful part of our summer, and I would whole-heartedly recommend Eric to anyone even beginning to think about real estate.
