In my opinion, and based on my experience, Kelsey is the ideal buyer’s agent especially for a remote purchase for three main reasons. The first is her emotional intelligence. She excels at discerning not only her client’s goals but also their personality: are the competitive or cautious? Exuberant or reluctant? She adjusts the buying process accordingly and counterbalances when necessary. Her advice is spot on and never comes across as pressure. The second reason is her consummate professionalism. She and her team are fabulously organized and will proactively pull documents and information within hours of the client showing an interest in the property. The third reason would be her reputation in the local community. Kelsey is a respected member of a network of real estate- related professionals. She is obviously liked and trusted, and the client benefits from this in many ways. I bought my house in Kelowna remotely, sight unseen, with limited knowledge about the community and the local housing market. Kelsey was by my side (remotely) from day one, and was instrumental in bringing the journey to a successful conclusion. I could not have done any of it without her, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate her.
