Just read his review. A fine by reca means your a liability... I'm sure if they audit your files they would fine more. Also when you states below other negative fees back the guy took 12000 is a violation of fiduciary duties and privacy laws and so fourth. Why would any one want to deal with you when you are telling the public such personal info - Andrea mendes
Thanks robert, we tried comfree and you showed us how to sell faster and how a real pro works - Larry Nielsen
Reply: Thanks for your reply Robert. I personally know that you do not have the right listing when saying that I sold my property for 12,700 dollars less. Even if we take your word on this transaction I have saved myself 6,700 dollars because I did not have to pay any real estate fees.
Reca fined him. Www.reca.com search his name
Reply: Yes reca did... Part of the business when you have sold as much as I have. I encourage all to read the findings and you'll see it was deemed an error of a misstated condo size due to a delay in a registration of a condo plan... No one suffered any damages.
Robert F Mcleod had my house listed and did not bring any offers on the property. All he did was tried to work me to lower the price so that it was the least expensive in the whole area (what great advice). So when the listing expired I sold it on my own for higher then what Robert wanted me to list it for. I saved a lot of commissions. I would not use him again he did not do anything for me. A friend of mine used him and he missed 2 appointments.
Reply: Thanks for the feedback but unfortunately you did not sell your home for more than you stated, in fact you disregarded our advise, turned down an offer and sold your home for $12,700 less than the offer we had on the table for you.
