In this crazy real estate market, we had many failed attempts to purchase a home. We found a private sale and Andrea came highly recommended by the sellers. As we were purchasing from another province, Andrea did virtual walk-throughs of the property, told us the things she liked about the property, and referred us to real estate lawyers. We encountered a major hiccup when the first appraisal came through and Andrea was right on it. Because of her swift and professional reaction, she discovered the appraiser used comparable from two years ago ! When the second appraisal was ordered, Andrea insisted she be present with the appraiser and she was there every step of the way. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her. If anyone is looking to buy or sell in the southwestern part of NS (we bought our home in East Pubnico), please consider using Andrea as she really has your best interests in hand :) - Caroline Fraser

We connected with Andrea on a separate property originally and she proactively offered to help us with any other property we might need assistance with. At the time, we'd just found our property and did not have an agent. Andrea was the most responsive agent in terms of turn around time for calls or emails and jumped in to help us with the other property we'd found, working with the seller and their agent on our behalf as we were purchasing remotely. She also recommended providers for various other services we needed such as a property inspection and local lawyer, saving us a lot of time and hassle.
