Dwayne is the best realtor I have ever used. He is highly professional, but what separates him from the rest is his patience — patience in explaining the paperwork and patience in helping us get our house on the market. He never once pressured us to get our house ready more quickly. He made the entire listing experience very positive and stress-free. We didn’t end up selling our house because the conditional offer we had on another house fell through because we didn’t want to buy the house without first selling our house. As an out-of-town buyer, I'm so grateful that he went above and beyond to provide virtual tours of multiple properties and to arrange industry professionals for inspections.
