My friend highly recommended Meagan, and Meagan turned me to Chelsea which I was a bit hesitant about originally since my friend spoke SO highly of Meagan. But Chelsea like blew me out of the water with how great she was through everything. Chelsea was absolutely the best! She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. It really felt like she had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process. She would research the backstory of some homes for me and give her honest feedback on whether they're worth it or not. She went out of her way to advise me of foundation issues and other expensive repairs. She would look around the houses to make sure the basements/crawl spaces were in good shape.
