Patrick genuinely cares about serving his clients. This shows through for us with how attentive he is. Patrick takes notes and really listened to what we were looking for in our new home and what we were hoping to get from the sale of our current home. I cannot give enough praise regarding Patrick. Right from the get go he made us feel like he had our back. We moved from Ontario to Alberta and were not able to take a trip out to see houses so he was our eyes, ears and noses! He was very honest about the market, about each house we saw and helped with advice based on his previous experience. After we had an accepted offer, he assisted with recommendations and advice for closing inter-provincially. And the close was much easier than we had expected. But it doesn't end there! After closing, there were issues with the property and Patrick was still working with us and for us, making sure everything was looked after. He made sure the house was properly cleaned before we arrived, and he helped to settle an issue of damage to the property from the previous owner's movers.
