Reza is a true professional with a keen eye for details and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. He helped us sell our rental property and prepare our primary residence for sale. Our home really needed a lot of work to look market ready. He went above and beyond to prepare both properties. He connected us with all the right trades people to repair our home. He helped us organize a timeline regarding cleaning, decluttering, painting, landscaping and he even helped us book a storage unit. He arranged home staging and hired a professional photographer to create beautiful drone footage and photos of our home. Reza did all of this and more than I would ever expect a realtor to do! When it came to pricing strategy, he gave us his honest advice. Buying and selling properties can be overwhelming, but with Reza’s guidance the process can be made a lot easier.
