Our experience working with Siu was overwhelmingly positive. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of (what sometimes felt like stupid) questions but she was always patient and made sure to answer us in detail. She is knowledgeable when it comes to the industry and market in the GTA and whenever there was something she did not know, she was always quick to reach out to her vast network to find the answer. Siu is hard working and highly responsive, often messaging us or scheduling viewings on weekends or in the evenings to meet our busy work schedules. On a personal side, she is very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. We sold our house for over asking.  And I’m convinced we would not have done this well if not for Siu Ta. Our house is quite unique.  It's semi-detached, and a duplex.  I have the upstairs half, and members of my family have the main floor and finished basement.  For us it was perfect, each our own private place, yet family just a stairway away. After 12 years it was time to sell.   For those who have experienced buying and/or selling you know it comes with varying degrees of anxiety and stress. At the start of my search for a realtor, I came to realize that I would require a team of professionals to help me, and my biggest initial concern was how best to find and assemble that team. There were only a few names that I had heard about through the years, and one in particular, Siu Ta. Siu was in contact with my lawyer and facilitated the marketing and sale of the property within the strictures of the probate process.
