Joe went out of his way to help us. We placed several offers on properties and all had multiple offers. Not one time did Joe ever complain about showing us different houses or spending the time it took him to write up the contracts. Joe made sure we were aware of how things worked in this market. He also told us he deals more with listing then buyers and he doesn't work with just any buyer. This made us feel special. Once we were in escrow, Joe explained to us how this is now going to be like an airplane ride. There will be bumps and turbulence along the way. You just have to sit back, relax and let me get you through the rough stuff. When something seemed to be going wrong, Joe was always there telling us not to worry. It is his job to worry and get it done. I don't know how he can be so calm all the time. I would had been going crazy with a lot of the things that were bumps, as he would say. Joe surprised us when he showed up at our house five days before we were set to close with the keys in his hand telling us, it's done. You are home owners. I brought a home years ago when I was married and the agent never went out of her way like Joe did. There is no way I would want to use anyone else again. I have friends who hated looking for and buying their house. They couldn't believe the stuff they saw Joe do for us. I would see a house and he never complained when I called him to go see just one property. Even if I said there is no way I will take this one. He only said, no problem. I only want you to want the one with the WOW factor, not the this will work factor. We will look till we get one and we did.
