Horrible Agent!! Does nothing for you except open the door to the house... you've found yourself... and focuses on his own personal things while you look at the house. Screws things up with listing agents to the point where they and their clients hate you and don't want to deal with you!! So you end up not being able to offer on the listing you're interested in. Works more for the listing agent than for YOU his supposed client!! Making sure they get what they want in response to your offer and basically making you bend backward for the sellers wants than for YOUR WANTS!! Doesn't fight for you at all but would rather make the seller happy at your expense!! He should stick to the painting company he supposedly started and manages and leave real estate to a professional!! - T
