Working with Simon Ward and Riely Rodrigues at Vantage West has been a real pleasure. Simon helped me find the perfect home. I was moving to Kelowna from another province and before we met in person, we spoke many times. Simon sent me listings for a couple a months before my trip to Kelowna so that I had a better sense of the market and what was available. I wasn't expecting to be able to find a place right away, but that's what happened. A week after I accepted an offer on my place in Ontario, I flew to Kelowna. In two days, I found my dream home. Simon and Riely helped me through all the stages of the purchase. The procedures were a bit different from where I was from. They were patient and quick to respond to my many questions. They also had helpful suggestions about practical things, like converting my drivers license or where to by a mattress. Riely sent me frequent emails to guide me through the various steps and combed through tons of strata documents. Their help didn't end after I moved in. Simon lent me a camping mattress so that I did not have to sleep on the floor. He lent me tools and spent a few hours helping me with my door lock. Simon and Riely make a great team and I am so grateful for their help!
