Tracey was an amazing steward throughout our journey of buying a new home in Guelph. Having made the decision to move to Guelph from Toronto, she helped us to learn about the various neighbourhoods and it didn’t take long for her to “get us” and what we were looking for. Our process was anything but straightforward with a difficult realtor, seller and lawyer - even our lawyer said that they had never had such difficulty. Tracey really went the extra mile to support us, answer our questions, and strategize along the way. We love our new home and even though now we can say it’s all worth it, I can’t imagine how we would have gotten through it all without Tracey’s diligence, knowledge, and support - and some laughs along the way. We’re not planning on moving EVER, but should we need to, Tracey would be our person.
