Sandra is the most helpful and knowledgeable independent real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I found a property listed by one of the big real estate companies and needed an agent at another company to get unbiased information from. I called her and she spent over an hour on the phone with me digging through the property history. She a veritable real estate history sleuth! This property was deeded in another state and had been gifted between family members, and then was put on the market due to a death in the family. It was amazing how she put this crazy history puzzle together! She has been in the Murphy and surrounding area for over 30 years and has the kind of local info you need from a realtor.
