Shannon helped us purchase a condo and sell our single, detached home. She did an amazing job! She was available to us for answering questions and providing advice, she assisted with every step of the process, and she held as many open houses as we requested. The marketing she did was impressive with nice touches like adding floor plans to the brochure, using a professional photographer, creating flyers which were distributed in the neighbourhood and well done brochures for those at our open houses. On both the purchase and the sale, she helped us get exactly what we hoped for. Besides that, she is professional, personable, ethical and she has a sense of humour. We enjoyed all of our interactions with Shannon and we felt very well served and cared for during the entire experience.
