He reached out to us, explained the home buying process (including its hidden costs and challenges in Victoria) and worked tirelessly to help us--leading to us getting our first home (on the first place we bid on)! He was always quick to reply to all our questions via text, call and e-mail, and worked long hours to ensure our viewings, bidding and close all went smoothly.
